This method is characterised by vacuum sealing the product against a film or tray, with the skin film forming tightly around the product, as if it were a second skin.
This packaging technique not only provides an excellent barrier against oxygen and moisture, significantly extending the product’s shelf life, but also provides an attractive product presentation that emphasises visual appeal and the feeling of freshness.
