Cooking bags are specialised packaging material designed to safely cook or heat food in, whether in a conventional cooking environment or in a microwave oven.

They are particularly useful for vacuum-packed foods and are often used in both the commercial food industry and by consumers at home. Our cooking bags generally consist of a combination of PA/PE.

Sous-vide Cooking: Ideal for this cooking technique where food is slowly cooked in a water bath at a precisely controlled temperature, resulting in evenly cooked dishes that retain juices and flavours.
Steam cooking: Used for cooking vegetables, fish, and chicken in the microwave, with the bag acting as a closed environment that retains the steam and makes for quick, healthy meals.
Ready-to-eat Meals: allows consumers to reheat pre-cooked meals directly in the bag, offering convenience and time efficiency without sacrificing taste or nutritional value.
Industrial Preparation: Used in large-scale food production for efficient cooking of large quantities of food, which helps maintain consistency and quality over large batches.
Seasoning and Marinating: Cooking bags offer a clean and efficient method to marinate or season food prior to cooking, keeping the flavours directly with the food.
